Meet Jessica Chen-Sargent

Jessica Chen-Sargent brings an impressive skill set to go with her drive to help you with the real estate deal you want to make. She attended one of the most prestigious high schools in Shenzhen, China, and moved to Canada on her own at the age of 17 in order to earn an engineering degree from the University of Toronto. Jessica aced her real estate licensing exam at UBC and has also been working since then in marketing and pre-sales development projects across Metro Vancouver. Having grown up in China, watching her mother manage the renovation and construction of apartment buildings, Jessica brings a unique understanding of Chinese values to her work, along with her fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese. One of her proudest achievements has been the development and delivery of the first Chinese version of the “Buyer Beware” real estate seminar.
